Mr. Harding has been with ALL4 since 2005. Mr. Harding is ALL4’s Philadelphia Office Director. As Director of the Philadelphia Office, Mr. Harding is responsible for the growth and success of ALL4’s Kimberton, Pennsylvania office. Mr. Harding also functions as a Directing Consultant with experience in, Title V permitting, New Source Review (NSR) permitting, minor source permitting, MACT compliance, Alternative Power Generation permitting, Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine (RICE) permitting, Continuous Monitoring Systems (CMS), and general air quality compliance and reporting requirements.

Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I didn’t spend much time thinking about the future when I was eight.
What is one of the most memorable experiences you have had at ALL4?
Too many to list here the most memorable moments are those when you’re in the trenches you’re your coworkers trying like hell to get something done and out and the door and the celebratory beers when its finally done.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
Stick shift or automatic?
I drive an automatic, but I like manual cars better.
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
Tony Hawk I guess.
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I can juggle and tight-rope walk. No, I do not aspire to be a clown.
What are you known for at ALL4?
Being honest and riding bikes.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
Air, water, shelter. Oh right…not the point of the question. In that case, my road bike, my mountain bike, and my wife.
What is the most unique thing about working at ALL4?
The people and how much the company cares about each of the individual parts.
