Career Highlights
Mr. Harding has been with ALL4 since 2005. Mr. Harding is ALL4’s Philadelphia Office Director. As Director of the Philadelphia Office, Mr. Harding is responsible for the growth and success of ALL4’s Kimberton, Pennsylvania office. Mr. Harding also functions as a Directing Consultant with experience in, Title V permitting, New Source Review (NSR) permitting, minor source permitting, MACT compliance, Alternative Power Generation permitting, Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine (RICE) permitting, Continuous Monitoring Systems (CMS), and general air quality compliance and reporting requirements.
