Our organization is comprised of former state regulators, lifelong environmental consultants, former facility staff members, air quality modelers, meteorologists, and geologists. We hire recent college graduates with engineering and science degrees including chemical, environmental, and mechanical engineering, meteorology, and atmospheric sciences.

An ALL4 Staff Engineer/Scientist is responsible for developing their technical and regulatory knowledge base to enable the efficient completion of environmental projects in this entry-level role. The Staff Engineer/Scientist acts as the secondary technical resource in direct support to Project Engineers/Scientists, Consulting Engineers/Scientists, Managing Consultants, and Technical Managers. This role will encompass a variety of tasks in broad-spectrum areas of environmental health and safety.
