Please be advised that when creating a profile and submitting your application, we will collect the following categories of Personal Information: direct identifiers, such as your name and contact information; professional information, such as your previous employment and education background; and other information you include in your resume and cover letters, such as your preferences, skills, and abilities. Harassment, Bullying, and Workplace Violence Policy
ALL4 maintains a work environment that is safe, respectful, and free from harassment, bullying, and workplace violence of any kind. A zero-tolerance policy for such behavior is enforced. Any individual, regardless of title or position within ALL4, who engages in prohibited conduct may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and may also be held personally liable under applicable laws.
Workplace bullying is defined as a persistent pattern of mistreatment that causes physical or emotional harm. It may take the form of verbal abuse, nonverbal intimidation, psychological manipulation, physical aggression, or actions intended to humiliate or degrade another individual.
This policy also applies to interactions with ALL4’s clients, vendors, suppliers, independent contractors, and their employees. For the purposes of this policy, the workplace includes any setting where ALL4 business, professional, social, or educational activities take place.
