Career Highlights
Madison joined the ALL4 Atlanta office in July 2019 after graduating from Georgia Tech. After about three years of gaining environmental, health, safety, and sustainability experience in the southeast United States, Madison moved to the ALL4 Rancho Cucamonga office to expand her national expertise.
Madison is also the co-leader of the ALL4 Corporate Sustainability Team.

Get to know Madison
1. Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
Most of my friends call me MJ. I also go by Maddie, Maddawg, MadJo (which later became FuriousJo), and Jonesie.
2. When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a zoologist with my own Animal Planet TV show, just like Steve Irwin. It wasn’t until I was about 15 that I realized I was not good on camera.
3. What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?
At my welcome happy hour during my first week, it just kind of hit me that somehow sitting there on the second day it felt like we were just a group of friends hanging out, me included.
4. What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
Kim Possible, a true hero.
5. Stick shift or automatic?
Automatic.
6. Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
I said hi to and got a selfie with Cole Swindell at the Battery after a Braves game.
7. Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
Although I grew up just outside Atlanta, I am a pretty good snowboarder and can surf too.
8. What would you like to become known for at ALL4?
I’d like to be known as a friendly face, always willing to help others whether it be work or non-work.
9. If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
Soccer ball, spotify/speaker, camera
10. What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
ALL4’s values and their legitimate practice of them. I believe ALL4’s values are important in the environmental field as well as in a healthy office environment.
