Mr. Libolt’s areas of competency have included air permitting and compliance, NPDES and stormwater permitting and compliance, hazardous waste and RCRA permitting and compliance, remedial investigation and feasibility studies, environmental remediation, and natural resources. Mr. Libolt has over 30 years of experience in the petroleum refining industry and has worked with other industrial clients including pulp and paper, wood products, chemical manufacturing, pipeline facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing, power generation, and metal recycling.
