Buddy holds a Master of Applied Science degree from McMaster University, where his research was focused on characterizing flow-induced vibrations of heat exchanger tube arrays subjected to both uniform and jet flow. Buddy also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto.

Career Highlights
Buddy Ledger is the Acoustics Practice Director at ALL4, responsible for the delivery and growth of the firm’s acoustics, noise, and vibration services. He brings more than 20 years of consulting experience across data centers, industrial facilities, power generation, mining, transportation, and infrastructure, with deep regulatory expertise in jurisdictions across the United States and Canada.
Over his career, Buddy has built and led acoustics teams, directed complex multi-site noise programs, and guided clients through demanding permitting, compliance, and post operations scenarios across North America. His current focus includes community and environmental noise for data center and energy infrastructure projects, where acoustic design decisions increasingly determine whether projects get built.
