Career Highlights
Ron has been with ALL4 since 2005 and serves as ALL4’s North and West Regional Director. Mr. Harding also functions as a Directing Consultant with experience in, Title V permitting, New Source Review (NSR) permitting, minor source permitting, MACT compliance, Alternative Power Generation permitting, Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engine (RICE) permitting, Continuous Monitoring Systems (CMS), and general air quality compliance and reporting requirements.
