Career Highlights
Heather has been directing the Human Resources (HR) function at ALL4 since 2013 where she is responsible for ensuring a positive employee experience while simultaneously balancing the needs of the organization. Heather oversees and develops HR accountability and provides leadership around HR business decisions and overall company strategy. Core competencies include Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Policy and Procedures, Recruitment and Retention, Compensation, Performance Management, Coaching, Training, and Project Management. Proud of ALL4’s numerous awards and recognition as a best place to work, she is committed to the growth of both the company and employees while maintaining a flexible, best-in-class culture.
Heather’s professional career began at Vanguard where she focused on institutional clients and held a variety of positions in customer service, account administration, and relationship management, ultimately landing as a Senior Manager in Vanguard’s Institutional Usability group. Key areas of focus included people leadership and development, project management, and extensive interaction with the technical programming, content, graphic and usability teams. After taking some time off to raise a family, Heather re-entered the workforce when she joined ALL4 in 2008.
