Mr. JP Kleinle possess more than 10 years of experience in the environmental profession. Mr. Kleinle’s experience includes progressive multimedia consulting experience and all phases of industrial environmental compliance and management experience in the cement manufacturing and hazardous waste industries.
Mr. Kleinle’s air quality background includes permitting, compliance, and reporting experience. Mr. Kleinle has developed a working knowledge of continuous source monitoring, including performance testing, quality assurance activities, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements. Mr. Kleinle is skilled in Title V Permit implementation, compliance, and emissions tracking and reporting. Mr. Kleinle has also administered MACT training programs, development of greenhouse gas monitoring plans, e-GGRT emissions reporting, and NOx emissions trading.
In addition to his air quality competences, Mr. Kleinle also has experience with Preparedness, Prevention and Contingency (PPC) Plans, Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans, and SARA Title III Tier II reporting. Mr. Kleinle has prepared quarterly groundwater quality and discharge monitoring reports; performed Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments; and prepared Site Characterization Reports, Remedial Action Plans, and Underground Storage Tank Closure Reports. Mr. Kleinle also has experience performing monitoring well and soil boring installations, soil and underground storage tank excavations, soil and groundwater sampling, and miscellaneous environmental emergency response activities.
