WHAT’S THE WEBINAR ABOUT?

This is Part 2 of our planned NAAQS Updates & Implications webinars. This session will provide a quick overview of the current ozone NAAQS and discuss EPA’s current review of the ozone NAAQS, ozone transport, recent ozone redesignation actions, and implications for air permitting in ozone nonattainment areas. The session will include a presentation along with an opportunity for you to ask your questions related to the redesignation and air construction permitting implications.

Professionals and plant personnel with air permitting and/or compliance responsibilities (e.g., corporate and plant environmental staff, plant management, environmental specialists, etc.). Feel free to forward this invitation along to your colleagues.

WHY ATTEND?

This webinar will discuss current regulatory activity related to the ozone NAAQS and how various levels of nonattainment impact air permitting requirements. The types of facilities impacted by changes in ozone attainment status will be described in detail during the webinar. Because this is the second in a series of three webinars, we will conclude with a preview of what the next webinar in the series will cover.
