Career Highlights
Tia joined ALL4 as a Consulting Scientist in September of 2023, working remotely from Saginaw, MI. Prior to joining the team, she worked as the Chief Chemist for the City of Saginaw. She supervised the operation of the Water Treatment Plant laboratory, and performed various standardized lab tests, water analysis, and field tests to ensure water quality met the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE), and Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) standards.

Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
My first nickname ever was T-T-T-Tia. (The Chia pet was very popular when I was a child)
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an aerobics instructor. I’m so glad that didn’t pan out.
What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?
How welcoming everyone is and how everyone wants to see you grow.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
I dressed up as an old lady when I was 11, complete with a grey wig and walker.
Stick shift or automatic?
Automatic. I can drive a stick shift but I do not enjoy rolling backwards down hills while I’m trying to drive.
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
I met the Dalai Lama. He was literally the coolest and most down to Earth gentleman.
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I’m semi-fluent in German.
What would you like to become known for at ALL4?
The water quality regulation guru.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
A bow drill, a mosquito net, and snacks haha.
