Get to know Madeline

Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?

When I started college, I started going by Maddie to avoid the need to correct so many new people on the pronunciation of my first name. More embarrassingly, my childhood best friend always referred to me as Weenie.

When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Back when my dad often told me I was great at arguing, I thought I might grow up and become a lawyer.

What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?

Not only being invited to the 2023 Holiday Party before my start date in early January, but also being given a Dundy Award alluding to my highly anticipated arrival! The level of care that ALL4 demonstrates for its employees continues to blow me away.

What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?

A piñata costume I made using a long-sleeve dress, crepe paper, and fabric glue in 2021!

Stick shift or automatic?

Automatic! I’ve never had an opportunity to learn how to drive a stick shift.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met?

In February 2023, I went to my second August Burns Red concert at the House of Blues in downtown Houston and was fortunate enough to get to meet the band. I’ve been a fan since 2008, so it was definitely a life highlight for me.

Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?

Acrylic painting, hand embroidery, crossword puzzles, and sudoku!

What would you like to become known for at ALL4?

I hope to be known as someone you can turn to for consistent, high-quality results and keen attention to detail.

If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?

A hammock, a good book, and a mirror: the mirror for reflecting sunlight back up at anyone flying by to expedite being found, and the hammock to lay in and read while I wait to be rescued. I love the beach, but being stranded in isolation isn’t really my style.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?

The culture at ALL4 is truly unparalleled, and you’re able to experience it for yourself as soon as you begin the interview process. For example, I really appreciated that I was given an opportunity to demonstrate my capabilities in the sample project prior to having a one-on-one interview with a staff member.
