WHAT’S THE WEBINAR ABOUT?
There have been recent changes to NYSDEC rules and regulations, and increased focus on some existing ones. Join ALL4 for a complimentary webinar on Wednesday, December 9th, 2 pm – 3 pm ET that will focus on:
- Rule 212: The New York Air Toxics Program for Facilities with Process Operations
- Rule 222: Regulations Pertaining to Distributed Generation Sources
- Rule 227: Revisions to Particulate Matter Emission Limits
ALL4 will discuss each rule, including the requirements, timing, and how they may impact your facility. Bring your questions as the webinar will conclude with a Q&A session.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Professionals with air permitting responsibilities (e.g., corporate and plant environmental staff, plant management, environmental specialists, etc.), attorneys, and potential developers in the state of New York. Feel free to forward this invitation along to your colleagues.
WHY ATTEND?
Due to the increasingly stringent rules being promulgated and the increased focus on compliance with existing rules, it’s paramount that environmental professionals understand the impacts that these could have on their facilities in NY. Companies need to understand these rules and the timelines to assess potential compliance issues and plan accordingly for budgeting and planning purposes.
