WHAT’S THE WEBINAR ABOUT?
This session concentrates on Tier II reporting for onsite storage of chemicals. The session includes a short presentation and questions from the audience related to EPCRA Tier II Reporting.
We discuss:
- Why Tier II reporting is necessary
- Who receives the report
- Additional planning for EHS chemicals
- How the planning for EHS chemicals is different from other contingency plans
WHO SHOULD WATCH?
Professionals with EPCRA reporting responsibilities (e.g., corporate and plant environmental staff, plant management, environmental specialists, etc.).
While this report can seem to be just a checklist of your chemical inventory and duplicative with other reporting you do under multiple programs, this report is meant to be used for community emergency planning. Are you providing information that will be useful not only for planning, but for a community response to an emergency at your plant?
