Get to know Dustin

Have you ever had a nickname (or two)?  If so, what are/were they?

Snarebear. My dad had the same nickname with his friends and it apparently gets passed down through generations as both my younger brother and I have had the same nickname bestowed upon us by our friends! Other than that, just Snare or D-Snare.

When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A NASCAR driver. I used to race cars around and announce the race as I was moving them. I would also keep stats from the races I did.

What is one of the most memorable experiences you have had at ALL4?

During the first week of work, I got the opportunity to sit in analyzer training sessions and help perform audits of the equipment at a refinery in Philadelphia for 3 days.  It rained on all but 1 commute to the refinery (I had a 2 hour drive each direction).  The staff at ALL4 rearranged my orientation schedule and really helped alleviate the stress with starting at a new company!

What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?

Imagine a hairy version of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman pre-Richard Gere.  My wife actually fully supported it!

Stick shift or automatic?

Automatic.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met?

I’ve met a few professional hockey coaches and players including players from the 1980 US Men’s Olympic Team; The 2018 US Olympic Men’s, Women’s, and Paralympic hockey coaches; and (2018) current NHL coaches Mike Sullivan (PIT), Jeff Blashill (DET), and Jon Cooper (TBL).

Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?

I can draw.  I paint cornhole boards for family and friends.  Also, my last name is Snare and I do play drums!

What are you known for at ALL4?

The (unofficial) PHL office recess coordinator running beer club, cornhole, and other recess related events.

If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?

1. Ingredients/fundamental equipment to brew beer (grain, hops, yeast, and water!) 2. Legos 3. My Family

What is the most unique thing about working at ALL4?

The culture and authenticity the company promotes for the employees.  It should be a given for all companies, but to work for a company that truly cares about its’ people is extremely special!
