Career Highlights
Ms. Samantha Holtz graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science & Technology and a concentration in Ecological Technology Design. She then attended Temple University, where she received her Master of Public Health degree in Environmental Health in 2022. Throughout her education, she has studied PFAS exposure and cancer outcomes, recreational waterborne diseases, and atmospheric water generation. Ms. Holtz was employed by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, Environmental Health Services, where she worked as an Environmental Epidemiologist for the Lead & Healthy Homes Program. She began working for ALL4 LLC in the Philadelphia Center City office as a Project Scientist in 2023.

Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
Everyone calls me Sam, but my parents call me Samanth.
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was 8 years old, I wanted to be an astronaut when I grew up. I begged my parents to go to space camp.
What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?
What surprised me the most about ALL4 is how friendly and welcoming everyone is.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
One year, I dressed up as a basket of dirty laundry. I pinned an old sock to the top of my head.
Stick shift or automatic?
Automatic, but I prefer to be the passenger.
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
I met all five members of One Direction in 2012. Best day of my life!
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I used to dance competitively in high school.
What would you like to become known for at ALL4?
I would like to become known for being reliable and knowledgeable in water quality consulting.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
If I were stranded on an island, I couldn’t live without my cat, an espresso machine, and moisturizer!
What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
One thing that most attracted me to ALL4 was the employees telling me that it is a great place to work.
