Career Highlights
Rena is an Associate Implementation Consultant in the DSP practice. She previously worked as a Research Assistant for Calyx Global, a Carbon Credit Rating Agency where she assessed the GHG integrity of various carbon offset projects to improve the quality of the Voluntary Carbon Market. Rena also has User Experience (UX) Engineering training and has completed full life cycle UX projects, engaging in everything from user research and competitive analyses to wireframing, prototyping, and redesigning websites.

Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/​were they?
My close friends call me Reen 🙂
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a doctor or veterinarian but realized I should go into a different profession since I’m squeamish around blood and needles.
What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?
How helpful everyone is. If I have a question, I’m always able to get an answer and I feel like my teammates are genuinely happy to help me.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
I dressed up as Paris Hilton on The Simple Life and my friend dressed as Nicole Richie. That’s smooth.
Stick shift or automatic?
Automatic, but I would love to learn to drive stick shift one day!
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
Brittney Proffitt. She’s iconic.
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I can make really weird sounds that are hard for others to replicate.
What would you like to become known for at ALL4?
I would like to be known for being a dependable DSP team member who is capable of quickly learning new skills and who gets tasks done well/on time. I’d also like to be known for bringing levity and a bit of joy into the room when dealing with frustrating problems.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
2 in-1 sunscreen/ insect repellent, a solar-powered torch, and a knife.
What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
The opportunity to combine my passion for the environment with computer science in a job (and the focus on employees and our wellbeing — it’s hard to choose one thing!)
