Lynn has over 18 years of dedicated experience in environmental engineering consulting and has developed expertise in navigating complex air regulatory environments and delivering effective compliance solutions. Her extensive work with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) and the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) has fostered strong collaborative relationships, enabling the successful execution of various air permit applications.
Lynn is a project manager and provides senior oversight on air projects. Her expertise includes applicability assessments and assistance with completion of annual certification and compliance reports for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) greenhouse gas inventories and reporting, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs), and Title V Operating Permit renewals. Additionally, Lynn supports MassDEP and NHDES annual air reports.
