Career Highlights
Lea joined ALL4 in April 2022. In the two years prior, she was a Product Engineer for a company that supplies custom cable assemblies to military and space customers. Lea’s primary role was to convert customer drawings and quality requirements into assembly procedures. She also had the opportunity to contribute to and manage multiple process improvement projects in the position.

Get to know Lea
Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
One of my friends calls me Leia, like the Star Wars princess, because she thinks it’s funny when people mispronounce my name. It gets confusing when she introduces me to new people.
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an artist (without any artistic talent). I realized later that engineering is a much better fit!
What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?
The best part about ALL4 is there are no surprises. The people are as welcoming and genuine as I expected.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
I wore a handmade, hand-me-down cow costume for multiple years in a row, long before animal onesies became popular. It was comfy!
Stick shift or automatic?
Automatic, but I’d like to learn to drive stick shift.
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
Alex Cora signed the back of my jersey at Fenway Park when I was a kid. He was a player then and has since become the Red Sox manager.
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I can mirror write, maybe because I’m left-handed.
What would you like to become known for at ALL4?
I want to be a reliable team member who consistently delivers quality work.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
Sunscreen, a speaker to play music/podcasts, and a great pair of shoes
What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
I was attracted to the work-life balance. I admire ALL4’s determination to remain committed to clients, family, and friends all at once.
