Career Highlights
At Tennessee Technological University, Kurt was a teaching assistant for a chemical reaction kinetics course and contributed to biomolecular modeling research. After graduating, Kurt started in a contract position at the U.S. EPA where he wrote data processing scripts to manage toxicological dose-response data from laboratory vendors and supported software development of a plotting function for bioactivity data visualization and statistical modeling.
At ALL4, Kurt has been involved with projects that include air permitting and compliance, primarily for clients located in North and South Carolina. He has been involved with air emissions calculations, data aggregation, air quality permitting evaluations in support of semi-annual compliance reports, Tier II reports, air emissions inventories, toxic release inventories, and air quality permitting exemption requests for clients within the wood products, pulp and paper, and chemical manufacturing industries.
