Kate recently graduated with a master’s in human resource development from Villanova University. During her graduate program, Kate worked on strategic workforce planning projects, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and HRIS systems. On the HR team, Kate works on several processes including onboarding, learning and development, and data analytics.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
ALL4 cultivates a positive and inclusive environment that is supportive while also being feedback driven and focused on continuous improvement. It is important to me that I support an organization that is motivating and constantly growing.
Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
My family has nicknamed me “Grace” because I sometimes am quite clumsy and not “graceful.”
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A teacher 🙂
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
I’ll never forget dressing up as a “pig in a blanket.” Back when it was always freezing cold for Halloween in PA, this costume was the way to go.
