Career Highlights
After graduating from UPenn, Josh worked for over a year with the City of Philadelphia’s Air Management Services. Specifically, Josh worked in Facility Compliance and Enforcement, where he managed CMS inspections for Synthetic Minor and Title V facilities. Similarly, Josh enforced Notices of Violations (NOVs) against facilities, often collecting penalties or referring to legal. His other responsibilities included: reviewing emissions inventories, conducting vibrational studies, and collecting VOC samples.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
From the interview process and website, ALL4 seems to attract intelligent and passionate professionals in the environmental and sustainability field. It felt like the perfect place to grow professionally.
Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
In Kindergarten my friends called me “Flash”, like the superhero.
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
An NBA player.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
I once dressed as Kim Possible, orange wig and everything.
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
Yara Shahidi.
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I’m not a terrible singer, if that counts.
