Career Highlights
Ethan graduated from the University of Delaware in May 2024 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering along with minors in Mathematics and Integrated Design. Shortly after graduation, Ethan joined a small regulatory compliance firm which introduced him to Air Quality compliance and permitting in and around New York City. After moving to Philadelphia in May 2025, he joined ALL4 in the Center City office to continue his career in the field.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
The support system and growth opportunities.
Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
Ephum or Phum. We had a family friends toddler who couldn’t pronounce my name.
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
An astronaut! Or my other, clearly more achievable goal, was to be a baseball player.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
Ace from my favorite anime, One Piece.
I walked past Steve Buscemi one time. He looked at me!
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I can duck call with my hands.
