Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/​were they?

Recently my friends have been calling me Bro-Derrick, because we were watching the NFL draft and someone named Broderrick got drafted. For now, the name has stuck.

When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a doctor actually, specifically an optometrist. Obviously that didn’t end up happening and I am extremely near sighted, so we can consider it a double loss.

What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?

Multiple things have surprised me about ALL4 as a whole. First is the structure of the company, as everything seems extremely organized and efficient. Also, the personnel has surprised me as well, because everyone is so personable and helpful! It means the world to someone who is just starting off his career.

What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?

I’m honestly pretty bad a costumes during Halloween but I liked this past Halloweens costume. I have an abnormal infatuation with Kirk Cousins, an NFL Quarterback, so I decided to dress up as Kirko Chainz but called myself Dirko Chainz.

Stick shift or automatic?

If I drove stick shift I would be an absolute hazard, so automatic for sure.

Who is the most famous person you have ever met?

I don’t think I’ve directly talked to anyone super famous, but I did run into TJ Warren at a Lifetime Gym. He’s a former NC State basketball player who also did pretty well in the NBA.

Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?

I can do the worm!

What would you like to become known for at ALL4?

I want to be seen as someone who can get the job done. I want to be able to learn various different platforms and technologies to help the teams success in all areas. I would also love to be seen as a good communicator, and hope to try my hand at work with clients.

If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?

I won’t lie, I don’t think three things will save me from being stranded on an island. With that in mind, my electric guitar, my gaming laptop, and a volleyball named Wilson.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?

One of the things that really attracted me was the hiring process, because it just seemed like ALL4 wanted my success and set me up with great personable interviews. Also, consulting is a field I was looking heavily into post graduation, and ALL4 allows employees to explore options within Consulting and Technical work within the DSP team.
