Career Highlights
Ava graduated in 2020 from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Toxicology. Ava had 3.5 years of experience assisting with site investigation and remediation work at Whatcom Environmental Services in Bellingham, WA, up until the Whatcom Environmental team was acquired by ALL4. Ava manages several projects at a local refinery in WA including BWON sampling, NPDES permit monitoring (stormwater monitoring, toxicity testing, priority pollutant testing), and multiple other compliance and remediation projects. She also assists with EPCRA Sections 311, 312, and 313 (TRI) reporting. Ava has field experience completing groundwater sampling, stormwater sampling, soil sampling, and air quality monitoring.

Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
‘Avacado’
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a veterinarian or a marine biologist
What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?
I have been surprised by the drive that ALL4 seems to have to get to know new employees. Additionally, I have been pleasantly surprised by the culture ALL4 has that seems to promote connecting with each other and celebrating each other’s accomplishments.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
My rugby team once all dressed up as one of our coaches, who sports a large mutton chops beard. Fake beard hair was purchased and we made our own mutton chops. I bedazzled mine with glitter.

Automatic.
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
I’ve gotten to meet a few senators
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I make really good key lime pie
What would you like to become known for at ALL4?
I’d like to become known for being a hard worker who helps bring projects to completion and acts with integrity.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
Fire starter, a metal container for cooking, and of course my cat Pumpkin
What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
I was part of a company that was acquired by ALL4. I’m happy to be an addition to the ALL4 team!
