NSR Application Workbook – Texas Facilities

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has enacted impactful changes to the way it requires permitting and modeling projects to be completed and submitted.  These changes, which are required by June 1, 2019, include the introduction of its New Source Review (NSR) Application Workbook designed to streamline the air permitting review process.  ALL4 has already discussed TCEQ’s Electronic Modeling Evaluation Workbook (EMEW) in our January 23, 2019 webinar, and now it’s time to delve into TCEQ’s Minor New Source Review (NSR) Workbook and share our learnings.   While the rollout of the minor NSR Application Workbook may streamline the permitting review process, applicants still are required to learn and master the completion of the tool, ensuring each requirement is satisfied and all information is in the correct place.  During this webinar, we discuss the history behind the NSR Workbook, review our lessons learned, and provide examples on how to effectively use the tool.
