ALL4 Acquires Env Holding Corp

ALL4 announces our first West Coast acquisition and our third acquisition overall with the purchase of the assets of Env Holding Corp (EHC). EHC is a California-based environmental, health, and safety (EHS) consulting firm. EHC will be known as ALL4’s California Region and has an office in Rancho Cucamonga. This acquisition will expand and strengthen ALL4’s technical EHS multimedia support to clients on the West Coast.
