U.S. EPA recently finalized Risk and Technology Review (RTR) for the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Plywood and Composite Wood Products (PCWP).  Join ALL4 for a complimentary webinar that will focus on:

  • Key findings of the PCWP MACT RTR
  • Changes in the final rule
  • What impacted facilities will need to do to comply
  • What other PCWP MACT updates are still to come

ALL4’s Amy Marshall will be joined by experts from the American Wood Council (AWC) and the National Council for Air and Stream Improvement (NCASI).  Bring your questions as the webinar will conclude with a Q&A session.

Who should attend?

Corporate and mill staff with PCWP MACT implementation and compliance responsibilities, staff from companies that could be affected by the regulatory changes yet to be published, and wood products industry association staff that need to understand how members are affected.  Feel free to forward this invitation along to your colleagues.

Why attend?

Facilities have a limited amount of time from publication of the final rule revisions in the Federal Register to comply with the revised MACT standards.  It’s paramount that both corporate and mill staff understand the impact these regulations will have on their operations.  Companies will need to plan for necessary changes, especially those that will require permit revisions or re-programming of information systems.  The wood products industry is also facing a second round of revisions to the PCWP NESHAP following in the wake of the RTR.

Presenters:

Amy Marshall – ALL4
Tim Hunt – American Wood Council (AWC)
Ric Law – National Council for Air and Stream Improvement (NCASI)
Vipin Varma – NCASI
