WHAT’S THE WEBINAR ABOUT?
In this webinar we will focus on the various requirements surrounding continuous monitoring system (CMS) replacements and discuss how to navigate the recertification process. We will touch on 40 CFR Part 60, 40 CFR Part 63 and 40 CFR Part 75 requirements as well as highlight several State requirements. The webinar will compare the requirements for CMS replacements in order to establish commonalities and differences between different programs. The goal of the webinar is to develop a systematic approach to CMS replacements that fills the gaps not explicitly stated in the Federal or State Regulations.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Professionals with CMS operational, maintenance and data review responsibilities (e.g., corporate and plant environmental staff, plant management, environmental specialists, etc.). Feel free to forward this invitation along to your colleagues.
WHY ATTEND?
This webinar will navigate through the requirements, timelines and regulatory grey areas associated with replacing CMS or components of CMS. Depending on the underlying requirements, CMS replacements may trigger notification, testing and submittal requirements prior to and/or after the replacement(s). Or maybe the underlying regulation does not have clear, specific requirements for CMS replacements. It is important for those working with CMS to understand the overall regulatory process for CMS replacements to ensure that the expectations of the regulatory agencies are met.
