As a Managing Consultant in our PMO, you will not just manage projects. This position requires focus and strategy on our project management tools, processes, and systems while also focusing on people. You will coach, support, and develop project managers. You will improve how the Company delivers work and drives results.If you have a background in environmental consulting, engineering, or a similar services industry, you will understand the work. Your Impact
You will work with leaders, project teams, and clients to improve how we plan, predict, deliver, and manage projects. You will develop strategies, own projects, and lead changes for companywide systems, processes, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management strategy and systems development.
- Support financial performance of project portfolios.
- Manage client projects from proposal through closeout.
- Lead implementation and enhancement of project and resource management tools.
- Resolve project delivery issues with PMs and internal teams.
- Support onboarding and development of project managers.
- Partner with other leaders to meet company goals.
- Handle sensitive topics with confidentiality and care.
- Align work with ALL4’s values and business priorities.
- Drive project outcomes, including operational excellence, client growth, and revenue targets.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in consulting project management.
- Strong grasp of financial performance and project delivery models.
- Experience presenting to and working with all levels of an organization.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is helpful.
- Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Organized, analytical, and proactive.
- Focused on outcomes, not activity.
- Committed to learning and continuous improvement.
Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $95,000-$150,000 at the time of posting. Factors taken into consideration when determining actual compensation include, but are not limited to, education, experience, skill set, location, and business or organizational needs. In addition, this role will also be eligible for bonus pay. ALL4 offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and other benefits to eligible employees. Based on the factors described above an applicant may be qualified for an alternate role outside of Managing Consultant. In this case, ALL4 would share the suggested position and associated salary range with the applicant.
