Marketing Associate – Location Flexible

Job Description

ALL4 is seeking a Marketing Associate with the flexibility to work in one of ALL4’s physical office locations or remotely.  An ALL4 Marketing Associate is a professional who performs a variety of tasks to help the marketing department and the organization achieve their goals. This individual should be a self-motivated, coachable, growth-oriented team member who can build relationships (internally and externally), successfully execute projects, and work collaboratively. The ALL4 Marketing Associate will work closely with internal stakeholders in a strategic partnership supported by a foundation of authentic communication, personal ownership, and accountability. This individual will have the opportunity to enjoy challenging and creative marketing projects, create their own professional path, and make a tangible contribution to a growing, employee-centric, forward-facing company. 

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Associate is to proactively support general marketing responsibilities. This includes serving as the primary administrative resource to the marketing department and supporting ALL4’s business development and technical communications. Examples of support include generating reports and maintaining data and contacts in marketing systems [e.g., Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform]. The Marketing Associate will also be responsible for creating content based on the company’s direction including, emails, video packages, presentations, and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in marketing activities to promote services. This includes scheduling routine communications on various platforms, including:
    • Website, Social Media, Email marketing, etc.
  • Provides administrative support to the marketing department by preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions
  • Assists in gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution
  • Supports the development and execution of marketing plans
  • Maintains a calendar of internal and external marketing events
  • Assists with planning and implementation of marketing-led and marketing supported initiatives
  • Supports execution of all activities related to marketing communications
  • Monitors budgets on assigned products/services; prepares reports as needed.
  • Evaluates ROI on marketing-related initiatives
  • Maintains/updates marketing documents (templates, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
  • Coordinates creation and production of documents, packaging and/or collateral materials to support selling efforts of specified products/services
  • Coordinates and organizes branded materials for technical events
  • Creates reports and organize contact lists for communications
  • Maintains and orders supplies for the marketing department as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of marketing communications experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Adobe, with the ability to train others on efficient use of these programs, for example:
    • Creating automated table of contents & using heading styles in Word
    • Working with formulas & filtering data in Excel
    • Scheduling meetings & utilizing task manager in Outlook
    • Merging PDFs & adding page numbers in Adobe
    • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar program
  • Experience with WordPress or similar platform
  • Experience with various social media channels
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines by proactively managing multiple priorities and workflows
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Creative thinking with sound problem-solving skills and the ability to execute improvements
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to manage constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
