ALL4 is seeking a Project Engineer/Scientist to join our Digital Solutions (DS) Practice Area. This individual is responsible for serving DS implementation project clients. The Project Engineer/Scientist acts as the secondary technical resource interacting with the project team in direct support to client facing staff. The Project Engineer/Scientist is an integral part of the digital solutions team and communicates project progress, owns various technical aspects of implementation to ensure accuracy, and works to ensure overall quality of project deliverables within DS projects. Project Engineer/Scientists are self-motivated, coachable, growth-oriented individuals who are interested in using their DS expertise and experience to aid in the growth of DS services at ALL4. Responsibilities
- Provide support in requirements gathering and gap analysis process.
- Document solution designs using standard Design Document templates based on input from the Project Manager and/or Senior Technical Lead and review of client requirements.
- Implement configuration using design documents in Digital Solutions and perform self-checks on work.
- Write test scripts and perform testing and troubleshooting to confirm solution is working as expected.
- Develop Training Guides for implemented solution.
- Cleanse and map historical data to the Digital Solution.
- Provide insights on typical EHS business processes and compliance.
- Participate in project work with an understanding to support EHS business processes.
- Interact with client and implementation partner contacts as directed by project management team.
- Exhibit ALL4’s core values in all transactions both internally and externally.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Engineering or applicable science/environmental degree and 3-5 years of Digital Solution implementation experience.
- Basic understanding of key aspects of at least one Digital solution (such as Enablon, Cority, Intelex etc.).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow proactively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong document production skills and technical writing ability.
- Familiarity with Digital Solutions project needs impacting clients; knowledgeable in environmental regulatory and/or technical disciplines strongly preferred.
- Acute attention to detail.
