Anticipated Air Regulatory Actions Under the Biden Administration will provide an overview of the current status of the major air regulatory related activities that we saw towards the end of the last U.S. EPA administration and discuss the possible future of each.  The initial Executive Orders and the regulatory freeze memo issued by the Biden Administration will be discussed, and the projected impact of those actions on major air quality programs such as permitting, air toxics, and ambient air quality standards will be addressed.  The presentation will also cover the intention of the Biden Administration to roll out new programs that address climate change and environmental justice, and what we are already seeing across various states.

Presenter Bio

Amy Marshall is a Technical Director with ALL4, an environmental consulting firm based in Pennsylvania with offices in Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Texas, and Washington DC.  She has over 25 years of air quality consulting experience.  Her current focus is providing strategic air quality consulting support to industrial clients and tracking air quality regulatory activity. Additionally, Amy works with industry associations to evaluate impacts and provide technical comments to the EPA on air quality regulatory proposals that impact industrial emissions sources.   Amy has extensive experience providing compliance strategy and implementation support related to air quality regulations and has performed air permitting and compliance projects for a variety of industries.
