Career Highlights
Luis coming from a sales background, got his foot through the door in the IT industry by starting at the bottom with Forever 21 Inc as one of the IT Help Desk Associates. From there he began to slowly but diligently work his way through the different processes and functions of the IT Department. After F21, he moved on to Windsor Fashions Inc, which he would consider his way of “making it” into the industry as a Systems Administrator. Through his 5 years at Windsor, he was exposed to IT Security via PCI Compliance processes within their stores and it gave him a taste of what he currently is aiming to pursue. Through the merge with JE, ALL4 and his direct leadership have been supportive of his passions and he looks forward to continuing his education and hands-on experience at ALL4.

1. Have you ever had a nickname (or two)? If so, what are/were they?
Living and interacting with multiple “Luis’s” I was given the nickname “Luisito” or “Sito” to distinguish me from the rest. Otherwise, my kids call me Dad, my wife calls me Beb and my friends call me Licho
2. When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Anything involved with computers and video games
3. What about ALL4 has surprised you the most?
The positive and constructive advice from leadership and the freedom to speak openly without disregard
4. What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
The most memorable Halloween costume I wore was when my wife, kids and myself dressed up as Minions

Automatic
6. Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
Meeting the Comedian Jo Koy for my Wife’s Birthday and Body Guarding for David Arquette and the Producer of Independence Day
7. Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
Grill Master of the Sanchez Home and Reigning Champ of Making Eggs for Breakfast

10. What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
The sincere and positive environment the organization as a whole has created and provided for those of us who came from the merge with JE. And the great logo patches on my new ALL4 sweaters.
