Ms. Therese Cullen has over 29 years of experience in the environmental field, with a main focus in the area of air pollution consulting, permitting and compliance. Her consulting and legal experience also has included exposure and a working knowledge with various environmental statutes and regulations, including the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, RCRA, CERCLA and EPCRA. Within Ms. Cullen’s client liaison responsibilities, she has helped various industrial clients in communicating and working with agency personnel at various local, state and federal levels, development of compliance strategies, and effective implementation of emissions and environmental management programs designed to maintain facility and regulatory compliance.
