Career Highlights
In his current role as a Consulting Engineer with ALL4, Mr. Needham provides project support in environmental permitting, compliance, auditing, testing, and training, with a focus in air quality. Mr. Needham has assisted with Title V permit applications, construction permit applications, New Source Review assessments and permitting, new/modified source permitting, and other State and Federal environmental programs. Mr. Needham’s compliance experience includes auditing, training, performance testing oversite, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA)’s Method 9 visible emissions testing, greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting, and annual emissions reporting. Prior to beginning his employment with ALL4, Mr. Needham spent three years as a Process Engineer working in Chemical Manufacturing.

Rob, Robbie, Hambone, the Tank.
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A firefighter or an astronaut.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
Shaving my head bald Junior year of college to dress as Walter White when Breaking Bad was at peak popularity.
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
I’ve not really met many famous people, but I was on the news as a child!
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I did martial arts for over a decade, I like to knit and crochet, and I can read quite quickly.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
Books/kindle, shelter, temperature regulation.
