Philadelphia, PA (July 28, 2025) – ALL4 is excited to announce the addition of a new strategic leader to the Executive Team: Ali Farnoud has joined as Chief Strategy Officer. This addition underscores ALL4’s commitment to attracting top-tier talent with comprehensive industry expertise and positioning the company for continued growth across pivotal sectors.

Ali brings more than two decades of experience as a highly respected environmental consultant with a strong track record in solving complex challenges and building high-performing teams. Known for his deep technical knowledge in Air Quality Permitting and Compliance, particularly for data center and power generation industries, Ali has become a recognized leader in the environmental space. He has permitted some of the largest data center projects in the world and has advised numerous clients on environmental permitting and compliance related to power demand.

Prior to joining ALL4, Ali led a large team dedicated to the fast-growing data center sector in the Americas and oversaw the global thought leadership program for the sector.
Ali holds a doctoral degree from Southern Methodist University, where his research focused on controlling particulate matter from diesel engines. He has served as an adjunct professor at The Catholic University of America and currently sits on the board of the university’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department.
In his first year with ALL4, Ali will lead the Technical Drivers initiative, collaborate with leadership and practitioners across the organization, work closely with the Global Growth and Marketing teams to enhance visibility and content strategy, and serve as an executive sponsor for key clients. He will also represent ALL4 externally as a thought leader and help shape the company’s impact in the data center industry and beyond.
