Career Highlights
Ryan joined ALL4 in July 2024 after graduating from Penn State University with a BS in Chemical Engineering. During his time at Penn State, he spent a summer at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals focusing on the implementation of new packaging lines and was a member of an undergraduate research team focusing on silica-surface polymerization. Since joining, Ryan has been a part of various compliance and air permitting projects for hospitals, data centers, and box plants.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
I remember how open the recruiters were and how much the workplace culture appealed to me.
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I was always stuck between a paleontologist and archaeologist. Something about discovering ancient history always appealed to me, and still does.
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
I met Saquon Barkley when he was still a student at PSU, it was definitely a memorable experience.
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I played French Horn throughout grade school for about 9 years and kept up with it into college.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
If I wasn’t worried about food and water, I’d probably want to make sure I have a way to play music, a comfortable place to sleep, and as many books as I could find.
