Leslie is a professional engineer with nearly 20 years of experience providing environmental consulting services to clients in both the private and public sector. She has provided air quality permitting and compliance support for diverse industries in the private sector including electric utilities, wood products, pulp and paper, and tire manufacturing as well as to the U.S. Department of Defense. As a contractor to the U.S. EPA, she has provided regulatory development support and greenhouse gas emissions verification services for the petroleum refining, oil and gas, and copper smelting industry sectors.
