Henry earned his B.S. in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Aquatic Toxicology from Western Washington University. He has over 9 years in environmental consulting experience helping industrial and commercial clients with Air Quality Management, Hazardous Waste Management, Stormwater Compliance, and Environmental Sampling. This includes areas such as Greenhouse Gas (GHG) data management and reporting, Air Operating Permit (Title V) reporting requirements, Hazardous Waste profiling and designation, SARA 312 (Tier II) and 313 (TRI) data management and reporting, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), and air monitoring under the Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) and Benzene Waste Operations NESHAP (BWON) regulations.
