Mr. JP Kleinle possesses more than 20 years of professional environmental compliance experience. His experience includes progressive multimedia consulting experience and industrial environmental compliance experience in the Portland cement manufacturing and hazardous waste industries.
Mr. Kleinle’s areas of expertise are in CMS, air quality compliance, and regulatory applicability determinations. His experience includes compliance reporting; training; auditing; permit review, development, and negotiation; monitoring plans and petitions; CMS procurement, implementation, and optimization. Mr. Kleinle’s air permitting experience includes Title V, State Only, PAL, and installation/construction. Mr. Kleinle has provided consulting services to a variety of industries, including oil and gas exploration, production, and midstream, liquefied natural gas (LNG), glass manufacturing, cement and lime manufacturing, and power/steam generation.
Prior to joining ALL4, Mr. Kleinle last served as Environmental Compliance Coordinator for a Portland cement manufacturing and hazardous waste management facility with responsibility for directing company operations in the management of all air quality, water quality, solid & hazardous waste programs. Mr. Kleinle’s multi-media environmental consulting experience includes groundwater quality and discharge monitoring reports, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Site Characterization, Remedial Action Plans, and Aboveground/Underground Storage Tank Closures.
