In this virtual conversation, we will explore the proposed amendments due to the reconsideration of several National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), including Subparts XX and YY (EMACT), Subpart FFFF (MON), Subpart EEEE (OLD MACT), and Subpart CC (RSR). In addition, we will explore the proposed revisions to several NESHAP and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) applicable to facilities in the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry (SOCMI) and Group I and II Polymers and Resins (P&R) Industries, including Hazardous Organic NESHAP (HON).
