What’s the webinar about?

U.S. EPA recently finalized Risk and Technology Reviews (RTR) for several rules including the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Organic Liquids Distribution (OLD) and Ethylene Production (EMACT).  Join ALL4 for a complimentary webinar that will focus on:

  • Key findings of the OLD and EMACT RTRs
  • Changes reflected in each Final Rule
  • Proposed changes that were not finalized in each rule
  • What impacted facilities should do now

ALL4 will cover EMACT and OLD revisions and dig into the new flare monitoring requirements.  Bring your questions as the webinar will conclude with a Q&A session.

Who should attend?

Professionals with EMACT and OLD compliance responsibilities (e.g., corporate and plant environmental staff, Responsible Officials and plant management, analyzer technicians, etc.)  Feel free to forward this invitation along to your colleagues.

Why attend?

Facilities have 3 years from publication of the final rule revisions in the Federal Register to comply with the revised MACT standards.  It’s paramount that Environmental Professionals understand the impact these regulations will have on their operations.  Companies will need to plan for necessary changes, especially those that will require capital purchases and/or permitting or which need to be implemented during a future turnaround.

Presenters:

Amy Marshall, Technical Director – OLD
Philip Crawford, Consulting Engineer – EMACT
Eric Swisher, Technical Director – Flares
Kristin Gordon, Sr. Consultant – Moderator

Continuing Education:

Certificates of attendance will be available upon request after completion of the webinar.
