Case Study – NSR 2010
ALL4’s Colin McCall attended the National Council for Air and Stream Improvement (NCASI) 2010 Southern Regional Meeting in Charleston, SC. Here, he presented a Case Study of a pulp and paper mill client that included a modification to the recovery furnace and the combination fuel boiler as well as the installation of a new steam turbine generator set and new cooling tower. Colin explores the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) applicability approach, the review process and U.S. EPA involvement, as well as the project impact.
