ALL4 Acquires Environmental Services Company Smith Management Group

ALL4 is excited to announce its first acquisition with the purchase of Smith Management Group (SMG), a Kentucky-based, environmental consulting firm.  SMG will be known as ALL4’s Kentucky region, and has offices in Lexington and Louisville.  The acquisition expands our geographic area, technical expertise, as well as both air quality and multimedia EHS services.
