Koogler and Associates (Koogler) was established in 1974 by John B. Koogler III, Ph.D., P.E., to provide exceptional air-related environmental engineering consulting and testing services primarily to industrial clients in the Southeastern United States. Dr. Koogler established a team of highly trained environmental engineers and technicians to provide the best regulatory compliance solutions for clients.
Koogler’s air emissions measurements team had a broad range of experience with EPA, ASTM, NCAASI and many other methodologies. Their design team created and built innovative hardware including mobile air emissions monitoring laboratories, Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) systems, portable testing equipment, client-specific databases, and ambient air monitoring systems all within the context of regulatory compliance for our clients.
