Career Highlights
Nick began his career in restaurants and graduated from the New England Culinary Institute in 2004. He worked his way up, eventually becoming pastry chef in a nationally recognized restaurant. After leaving professional kitchens he spent time as a fine dining waiter, managing bar programs, staring a food manufacturing business, and eventually returning to school at the University of Maryland, Graduating in 2023 with a bachelor in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.

Seeing how ALL4 puts people first let me know that I would be working with great teams, and great teams to great work.
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a scientist!
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I taught myself to weld during the pandemic.
