Career Highlights
Before joining ALL4, Molly worked in environmental toxicology, focusing on the impacts of extreme heat events and their effects on cardiopulmonary health. She also holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from UNC-Chapel Hill, where her graduate work examined the relationship between urban green space, pollution, and their effects on human health, with an emphasis on environmental exposures and health equity.

What was your most memorable Halloween costume?
I wore a cheerleading uniform with the word “ceiling” written on my shirt — I was a ceiling fan.
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
I didn’t explicitly “meet” him, but I went to a Mac Miller concert, and we definitely made direct eye contact — so to me, that counts.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
My two dogs (Pajamas and Mr. Buddies) and my cat (Weezy).
