Maddy joined the Houston ALL4 team in June of 2025 after graduating from Rice University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. While at Rice, they researched isoprenoid production markers as well as participated in two language immersion programs in Toulouse, France and Seoul, South Korea.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
I really value a giving and receiving feedback, so I was most drawn to All4’s culture of constantly asking for and offering feedback in order to promote growth and excellence.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
I’ve been a cat at least five times.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
MREs, a water filtration device, and a solar-powered luxury RV
