Kelvin assisted a client (a brand new power plant) to complete the first ever 6-month Application for Certification process through the California Energy Commission. He also assisted a racetrack in Southern California to apply for and receive an air permit from the local air agency to operate a drag strip.

What is the one thing that most attracted you to ALL4?
It’s location. The majority of environmental consulting firms are located closer to Los Angeles or Orange County.
When you were 8 years old, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A mad scientist. I would gather any flower and plant I could find, grind them up with a mortar and pestle, and pretend I made some crazy chemical.
What was the most memorable Halloween costume you ever wore?
The Count from Sesame Street. He was my favorite character.
Who is the most famous person you have ever met?
Jon Voight. I went to a taping of a movie he was in. I can’t remember what that movie was now.
Do you have any hidden talents that people you meet would not expect?
I can juggle 3 objects.
If you were stranded on an island, what are three things you couldn’t live without?
A magnifying glass to start a fire, my glasses so I can see further than 20 feet, and toilet paper, no explanation needed for that.
